1. About Chemiseed
Chemiseed is a Malaysia-headquartered supplier of tropical cover crop seeds, soil enhancers, and biostimulant products serving plantation managers, distributors, government agencies, agronomists, and smallholder growers across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Latin America, and Africa. We have operated in the tropical agriculture sector since 2003.
2. Use of the Site
All content on this site — including text, images, product data, field trial information, application guides, and calculator tools — is the intellectual property of Chemiseed Sdn. Bhd. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of this content is prohibited without prior written consent.
You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes related to evaluating, purchasing, or distributing agricultural products.
3. Product Information and Disclaimers
Our products include cover crop seeds (Mucuna bracteata, Pueraria javanica, Calopogonium mucunoides, Centrosema pubescens, Calopogonium caeruleum), soil enhancers (SoilBoost EA), and biostimulants (Rootlife). Product specifications, application rates, trial data, and performance claims published on this site are based on controlled conditions and may vary depending on soil type, climate, crop system, management practices, and regional conditions.
Chemiseed provides application guidelines, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), Certificates of Analysis (CoA), and technical data sheets for reference. It is the buyer's responsibility to follow recommended application rates, storage requirements, and safety instructions. Chemiseed cannot guarantee specific outcomes and shall not be held liable for reduced efficacy or germination failure resulting from improper use, storage, or application contrary to our published guidelines.

4. Ordering and Pricing
Chemiseed serves customers through three purchasing channels:
- Retail and trial packs: Available through our authorized marketplace listings (e.g., Shopee Malaysia). Prices displayed on marketplace platforms are final retail prices inclusive of applicable fees.
- Plantation and estate orders: Pricing for bulk and plantation-scale orders is determined based on product selection, volume, delivery destination, and specific customer requirements. Submit a quote request through this site to receive a tailored proposal.
- Distributor and wholesale orders: Pricing, minimum order quantities (MOQs), and commercial terms for distributors are provided upon qualification through our distributor application process.
All prices are quoted in the applicable currency (MYR, USD, or other) and are subject to change without prior notice. Pricing displayed on this website may not include shipping, duties, taxes, or phytosanitary inspection fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. International Transactions
Chemiseed supplies products to multiple markets including Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, the Middle East, Latin America, and Africa. By purchasing from us, you agree to comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including import and export regulations, phytosanitary requirements, customs duties, and agricultural product registration requirements.
It is the buyer's responsibility to verify that the products ordered comply with local agricultural regulations before placing an order. Chemiseed can provide phytosanitary certificates, germination test certificates, and other compliance documentation upon request to support your import process.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chemiseed Sdn. Bhd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use our products, services, or website content. This includes but is not limited to crop losses, yield reductions, soil damage, or financial losses related to agricultural outcomes.
Our liability in any case shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific products in question.
7. Intellectual Property
The Chemiseed name, logo, product names (including SoilBoost EA and Rootlife), and all site content are the property of Chemiseed Sdn. Bhd. or its licensors. Nothing on this site grants any license or right to use any trademark, trade name, or proprietary information without our express written permission.
8. Privacy
Information collected through quote requests, distributor applications, contact forms, and WhatsApp inquiries is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your inquiry and providing relevant product recommendations. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
