Our team
About our team
Chemiseed Sdn. Bhd. is a Malaysian supplier of legume cover crop seed and soil conditioners to plantations since 2003. Since then, our team has built direct experience in tropical cover crop seed supply, plantation agronomy, and soil health product development. We supply buyers worldwide on request, from Malaysia.
Our agronomy approach
Every figure we publish is tied to a published source and its conditions: MPOB (Malaysian Palm Oil Board) technical papers, the Tropical Forages database (CIAT and ILRI), the PROSEA plant resources handbooks, and peer-reviewed field trials such as CIRAD's work under rubber. Where no paper supports a figure, we do not publish one.
We provide hands-on agronomic support at every stage: pre-sale species selection and seed quantity planning for your site, planting method guidance tailored to your crop type and terrain, and post-sale follow-up while the ground cover establishes.
Our Philippine sister company
Chemiseed Sdn. Bhd. (Malaysia) works with its Philippine sister company Kudzu Seeds Trading to serve plantation operations. Our product range includes five tropical legume cover crop species (Pueraria javanica, Calopogonium mucunoides, Centrosema pubescens, Mucuna bracteata, Calopogonium caeruleum), humic acid soil conditioners (SoilBoost EA), organic fertiliser (CSB Organico), water retention agents (Rootlife), and pest management tools (RB Lure).
Chemiseed Sdn. Bhd. is registered with the Malaysian Ministry of Agriculture. Our cover crop seed is germination- and purity-tested to ISTA and AOSA methods, and a phytosanitary certificate issued by the Department of Agriculture Malaysia (DOA) is available for export shipments on request.
