To start a return, please contact us at info@chemiseed.com. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

如需换货，最快捷的方法是退回您手中的商品。一旦退货被接受，请单独购买新商品。

退款

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and inform you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at zaid@chemiseed.com.

欧盟 14 天冷却期
